A Riiacademy account is meant to be used by only one User. Sharing the Drishti IAS account credentials for both personal use or commercial purposes will result in account blockage without prior notice or warning. As per this Fair Usage policy, each user will have a fixed number of Fair Usage hours which is defined course wise. In case the limit is exceeded, the account will fall under scrutiny and we will immediately investigate the matter further, without Your consent. Apart from the Fair Usage Hours, we also track a number of other parameters to identify any form of sharing. If a violation of this policy is identified, the same would amount to the substantial breach of the said terms of use and the Company would have all the rights to take any legal action as provided under the law of the land, and also including but not limited to termination/blocking your account permanently without any prior notice to you.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Once enrolled for any course/class/material/test with Riiacademy, Riiacademy shall not refund the money or transfer the money to be adjusted against any other student. However, in some cases, the student can change the courses. In such cases, Riiacademy will deduct administrative charges (Minimum 25% of the total payment), and put the remaining money as retained money. Retained money can be used only for new courses. Such cases shall be approved by Riiacademy.
Extra Payment Refund Policy: In case Riiacademy receives extra payments for any course by any means, after receiving proofs for such claims, Riiacademy will try to refund the extra charges within 15 days. The ways may include direct bank transfer using NEFT or any other means agreed by the student and the management of Riiacademy. For any bank related formalities during payment process Riiacademy has no liability to pay for any damages which resulted solely due to bank processing or negligence from the side of the student. Students are advised to take up such matters directly with the bank and may proceed to consumer forums if not satisfied. Riiacademy will try to help the students with constraints of time, work-force and other factors.
